Philosophy and Approach
Dr. Sinha’s passion for naturopathic medicine started when her surgeon grandfather gave her a natural healing book as a child. Growing up in a family of conventional medical doctors, she was exposed early on to the strengths—and limitations—of conventional medicine. While she has a deep respect for evidence-based science, she also witnessed firsthand the gaps it leaves in addressing the whole person and chronic illness. That awareness became personal when she faced her own health journey with endometriosis—an experience that highlighted the need for a more integrative approach to healing. This intersection of science and personal experience led her to naturopathic medicine, where she could blend rigorous clinical knowledge with a more holistic view of the body’s innate capacity to heal.
She didn’t stop with her studies in naturopathic medicine but also pursued in-depth training in Eastern and European medicine. Her practice is rooted in the belief that true wellness arises when we treat not just symptoms, but the underlying systems—biological, emotional, and environmental—that influence health.
Dr. Sinha’s approach to medicine is inspired by a quote from Sivananda: “Every human being is the author of his or her own health or disease.” She believes that disease arises from imbalances in the physical, mental, emotional, psychological, and spiritual aspects of the body.
Her approach to patient care is deeply informed by a diverse and integrative medical education that spans naturopathic medicine, Eastern medicine, European biological medicine, and bioenergetic diagnostics. Over the years, she has trained extensively in each of these systems, recognizing that true healing often requires drawing from multiple medical paradigms to address the complexity of human health.
She incorporates principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to understand energetic imbalances, utilizes European biological therapies to support cellular and detoxification pathways, and applies muscle testing as a bioenergetic feedback tool to help uncover root causes that may not show up on conventional lab work. Each modality offers a different lens, and together they allow her to construct a comprehensive, personalized roadmap for healing—one that acknowledges the biochemical, energetic, and emotional layers of the body. This integrative framework is how she bridges science and subtlety, physiology and intuition, to guide her patients toward lasting wellness.
Throughout her career in integrative medicine, she has gained vast experience and focused on treating patients with complex chronic illnesses. She specializes in endocrine imbalances, autoimmunity, regenerative/anti-aging medicine, environmentally acquired illness, mold/mycotoxin illness, Long COVID, and ME/CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome).
